- Multi-language subtitles now supported! Load or link multiple language-specific VTT files for videos and the user can select the language from the video’s closed caption menu.
- Increased default number of statements returned when filtering data in the Analytics Activity stream to 10,000.
- Differentiated “Session Duration” and “Duration” data labeling in the Analytics Activity Stream.
- Improved contrast for more accessible highlight color for keyboard only users on Analytics Dashboard .
- Repositioned back button for video, which was previously covering some controls on mobile devices.
- Added the headline and browser tab title to the CSV Learning Link list download.
- Bug fix: Identified and corrected issue where elearning course HTML was displaying in the CSV download data. This fix also applies to any data previously collected.
- You can now add keywords and a description when creating or editing a Learning Link (Step 2 of the Learning Link workflow).
- Keywords and descriptions are included in the Learning Link List CSV download that can be accessed on the Learning Link screen.
- Multi-single sign-on is available for E-XCL accounts for customers who have more than one single sign-on in their organization. (E-XCL only)
- For Learning Links that have single sign-on with “bypass the landing page” toggled on, users will have an opportunity to select “remember me” before selecting “continue” to access the content on the first visit. Subsequent logged-in visits will bypass the landing page, so a user will only see the landing page again if they log out of their SSO. (E-XCL only)
- Bug fix: The time duration calculation bug for xAPI content has been resolved. All previously recorded data is also accurate.
- The Analytics Dashboard user completion report now includes User ID field details and a “Completed/Passed Date” column with completion or passed data, when applicable.
- Date columns in XCL’s CSV downloads have been updated to adopt date formatting in programs such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. This improves importing into data import tools and platforms.
- XCL Brand Templates that use the custom “User ID” field applied to a Learning Link with Articulate Storyline content is resolved. We have bypassed the Storyline override and data is accessible in the CSV download.
- Customizable single sign-on buttons (E-XCL customers with SSO feature).
- The XCL Sandbox is now available (for testing purposes only). Sandbox users can upgrade to an XCL subscription at any time
- Analytics section has a new Dashboard and Activity Stream.
