PACT Workshop: Real World Solutions and Data Strategy with xAPI

This workshop provides a foundation for understanding xAPI and its capabilities. While tracking training data through LMSs is working, the data xAPI provides can help you better understand the entire learning journey of our employees. xAPI allows us to manage and track learning beyond training modules—like coaching and social learning experiences—and allows the LMS to integrate with other software and platforms, such as performance and talent management systems and other HRIS systems.
